At Fambruh, we keep things simple, fair, and transparent. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fambruh.com, including browsing, creating an account, placing orders, and interacting with our services. By using our site, you agree to follow these rules — they protect both of us.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use Fambruh.com. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm you meet this requirement and provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Account
When you register, you’re responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at contact@fambruh.com. We may suspend or delete inactive accounts after 24 months.
Orders
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices, cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — you will be notified and fully refunded within 48 hours. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs upon order confirmation email.
Payment
We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at checkout. We do not store card details. Failed payments may delay order processing until resolved.
Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days nationwide (up to 10 days for remote areas). Free shipping on orders above ₹500; otherwise, a flat ₹50 fee applies. Tracking links are sent via email and available in your account. We are not liable for carrier delays, but we assist in resolution.
Returns
You may return unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Custom, final sale, underwear, swimwear, earrings, and gift cards are non-returnable. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds
Eligible refunds exclude original shipping fees unless due to our error. Refunds for defective or wrong items include full shipping costs. Once approved, funds appear in your account per your bank’s processing time. We do not offer cash refunds at physical locations.
Intellectual
All content on Fambruh.com — including logos, product designs, images, text, and branding — is copyrighted and trademarked by Fambruh. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Conduct
You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes, including fraud, spam, hacking, or uploading harmful content. We may monitor activity and suspend or terminate access for violations without without prior notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fambruh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use, product purchase, or service delays. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
Warranty
We warrant that products are free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or improper care. Defective items qualify for replacement or refund at our discretion.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
Force
We are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Significant changes will be notified via email or site banner 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
