EXCLUSIONS

Final sale or discounted items

Digital products and gift cards

We do not accept returns beyond the 7-day window or for items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email contact@fambruh.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) if eligible.

3. Ship the product back in its original packaging to the address provided in your RA email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped by us.

Inspection

Once your return is received, our quality team inspects the item. Approval or rejection of your return will be confirmed via email within 2–3 business days of receipt. Approved returns will proceed to refund or replacement as per your preference.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless due to a defective or wrong item.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not issue cash refunds or store credits for online purchases.

Replacements

Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.

Exchange

At this time, we only replace items that are defective or damaged. Exchanges for size or color are not supported. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped. Once dispatched, standard return procedures apply. To cancel, email contact@fambruh.com immediately with your order number.
